The RFTEQ quality management system covers the provision of radio frequency solutions to complex defence problems through innovative research and development, system design, electronic engineering, trusted testing, manufacturing, and operational support to Australian Department of Defence, National Security, industry partners, and commercial enterprise.
RFTEQ places a very high value on customer satisfaction. One of RFTEQ’s goals is to consistently achieve industry best practice in the delivery of Electronic Warfare (EW) Engineering and technology design solutions and services to its customers. Ownership of this goal is demonstrated through appropriate training of our employees, adherence to proven procedures, a commitment to meeting and exceeding customer requirements, and a commitment to maintaining an organisational culture that fosters continuous improvement.
RFTEQ recognises the need to manage, and continuously improve the quality of its business and services aligned with the requirements of ISO9001. Where required, RFTEQ applies IEEE 15288 and like standards to perform a Verification and Validation (V&V) life cycle approach for the hardware and system engineering, design and testing. RFTEQ also uses the Agile Software Engineering approach for software and firmware development to maximise the value of small teams of experts. RFTEQ’s quality management systems, extend this practice throughout the business. RFTEQ is establishing a Continuous Integration Environment (CIE) to maintain the integrity of the system under development.
